Worked but now it wont. No support

Difficult to setup at first but I got it working and it was fine for 2 years. Awkward to use. Very little instructions. Now it just fails to connect 90% of the time for no apparent reason. When it does connect, it only works for a few moments. Cant get support and so the system is useless for remote monitoring. Poor product management with zero updates since 2012.
