Bad Quality, Disconnects From Wi-Fi, Need iPad App

With the amount of money I have spent on my Lorex system, I am completely disappointed with the mobile viewing app offered by Lorex. First, why in the sam h*ll isnt there an iPad app??!! So, Im using this iPhone-sized app on my iPad, and the quality is horrendous. The picture is blurry to the point where you cant make out a face even at close distance.

Second, when I have this app running for a while (about 10 minutes or more), the dang thing disconnects my entire iPad from my wi-fi connection. At first, I thought it was my internet connection, so I restarted my modem. However, the same thing happened again later and this time I checked the other many devices we have running on both wi-fi and wired connections and no other device was disconnected.

Third, there should be an option to capture video...this app only captures still pictures, which are useless anyway because of the poor quality.

Fourth, there should be an option to view more than 4 cameras! I have a 16 channel system!

Come on, Lorex! Provide a quality iPad app and get with the program! This app is a piece of garbage, unfortunately matching the quality of Lorexs horrible customer service.
