What a useless app! There is absolutely no user manual, either in app or online, and there is no setup procedure.. If youre downloading this app, be prepared to figure it all out for yourself...

Not user friendly Not usable most of the time a crap app

Cant solve what im missing. i followed all the instruction but its not working And their technical support are useless they dont reply. Could anyone suggest of any security device better than lorex? t.y

This app worked ok until ios6. Freezes ALL THE TIME. Fix this piece of junk!

Set up the whole system with all apple products. Just set this app up on iphone 5 ios 6 and it works great. I have no problems using the app with 4 cameras using LH130 system.

Its crap works maybe 1% of the time

Took less than 5 minutes to set up. We can check our home anytime while were out. Works great on Iphone 5 and 4s. Theres no lag either, images are real time.

Easy set up, got it working first try. Video pops up as soon as I open app, no delay (as I was expecting). Very impressed!

Not worth the time to download !! Keeps telling me wrong username/password, even though the same info works on the main unit. I did the firmware update exactly as they asked. No joy. If youre using an iPhone 4 dont waste your time !!

Difficult to setup at first but I got it working and it was fine for 2 years. Awkward to use. Very little instructions. Now it just fails to connect 90% of the time for no apparent reason. When it does connect, it only works for a few moments. Cant get support and so the system is useless for remote monitoring. Poor product management with zero updates since 2012.

Lost the function to scroll thru my cameras 4 at a time. Have to physically change each camera every time. Contacted Lorex tech support and they said its an app problem. Other than that a good app

Lorex company,you need to make an update to comparable to iPhone You havent make an update since 2012. Very bad company, never buy lorex again

resolution is very low and grainy, no iPad app .. i am thinking of returning the whole system due to this very poor app

Had the system a week and several calls to tech support resolved most issues. This app DOES work over 3G but will not allow me to rewind cameras, live feed only. For any who are having problems call customer service they have been great so far.

They fix everything to put my camera online. I like their customer support.

This app is terrible for anything other than looking on your phone. You cant make any changes to anything. Only view 4 cameras at once. You cannot connect to the app if you are connected to the Internet through wifi. So that means if you are using wifi on your iphone you have to turn wifi off then open the app. I cant use this app or any other lorex app on my ipad to view any of the cameras. Really need a whole new app that can be used over wifi and use with the ipad.

Needs real improvement. Connecting to cameras remotely is difficult to figure out, the interface is slow and clunky.

This app keeps on refreshing every 20-30 seconds. Its extremely annoying but Ive been dealing with it....but all of a sudden in the past day, I am not able to watch it live from my iphone or ipad. It keeps on saying "alert, failure to connect. You guys better fix this ASAP!!

This program combined with the lorex system is an absolute lifesaver. It allows me to keep track of my store from anywhere. Works flawlessly for me about 95% of the time. I cant believe that this program is free when you have the Lorex camera system. I have had to call tech support two different times to help me with setting up. Both times they were super helpful and solved my problem the first time. If this app had sound audio capabilities Id give it 10 stars.
