Whats going on "alert, fail to connect".

Only live feed on 4 cameras. Needs a lot more improvement. But ok 2 just look n catch a snap shot. We need more options

You can only watch the video stream with this app. No sound on this app even though I have sound feed and it works when logging in online...this is a most grievous flaw in my opinion and is the difference between 5 stars and giving a zero if I could. Whats the point if the sound feed doesnt work??

Cant even put this to work, followed all the confusing steps. You need a user friendly setup, spent to much time just trying to setup this thing and still doesnt work. Now i guess i have to spend a few more hours with support to try figure this thing out.

App is bad, crashing.

App works like I would hope, but there is constantly a spinning wheel over the camera views. Also where is the iPad version?

This app needs major improvement compared to its competitor q-see and supercam pro. PLEASE INCLUDE MULTI CHANNEL VIEW, 16 channel view, 8 channel, more options. The current layout for buttons is terrible, cant even check all the cameras at once. Please fix that. By the time I tap 16 individual cameras I couldve been robbed. UPDATE: app is still terrible, no improvements have been made , and doesnt even work anymore. Seriously lorex , HOW DO U EXPECT US TO REMAIN SECURE IF WE CANT EVEN WATCH OUR SECURITY SYSTEM ?

It took awhile to set up. I called lorex and they walked me right through it with ease. After the setup was complete, I played with the settings to familiarize myself with it. Once I understood the application, it was a breeze! I learned that you must add your device twice if viewing within your system with local wifi vs away from home due to the local & remote address, user name, port etc. I do wish that I could view all cams on one page, but not having this function doesnt harm anything. Loving having this app!!!!

I dont really know how many customers purchased the system from Lorex but the application provided by the company do iPad just plain useless. I can help your company to write a much better application and gain lots of satisfied customers. Your application just doesnt work.

With the amount of money I have spent on my Lorex system, I am completely disappointed with the mobile viewing app offered by Lorex. First, why in the sam h*ll isnt there an iPad app??!! So, Im using this iPhone-sized app on my iPad, and the quality is horrendous. The picture is blurry to the point where you cant make out a face even at close distance. Second, when I have this app running for a while (about 10 minutes or more), the dang thing disconnects my entire iPad from my wi-fi connection. At first, I thought it was my internet connection, so I restarted my modem. However, the same thing happened again later and this time I checked the other many devices we have running on both wi-fi and wired connections and no other device was disconnected. Third, there should be an option to capture video...this app only captures still pictures, which are useless anyway because of the poor quality. Fourth, there should be an option to view more than 4 cameras! I have a 16 channel system! Come on, Lorex! Provide a quality iPad app and get with the program! This app is a piece of garbage, unfortunately matching the quality of Lorexs horrible customer service.

This app would only work on my home network, customer support is completely unhelpful. Hopefully you can return their product.

After 2weeks and countless hours on the phone with customer service they finally fixed it. Works all the time now however wish the night vision was clearer and it would show the time and date and have playback.

I dont know why people are giving this app a 3 star and worse they most not know how to read cause its easy as saying your abcs. I installed this on my own last year in November and never had any issues, works great.

The system works great and the app. Was working fine till recently dont know if there was an update or what the app. STOPPED working have done all kinds of trouble shooting to no avail this is very frustrating!! No one can help!!

After I update to iOS 7 the app stop working, this happen in my iPhone and iPad I have lost a couple of hours trying to making work but I was not able to do it

How about past playback on the app? Like Lorex Eco Stratus mobile app
